As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands-on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring. This is a hands-on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area.

Your responsibilities

- Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions - Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components - Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions - Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration - Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform What we are looking for:




- Strong experience building production software - Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer - Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript - Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) - Experience working across the full product lifecycle - Ability to work autonomously - Experience making architectural decisions - Enjoys working in a start-up, scale up environment - Fluent Spanish, English would be advantageous Tech Stack: Typescript, NodeJs, React, PostgreSQL and AWS Based in Barcelona along with a hybrid working model
