Provide technical expertise and remotely assist field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT software and hardware for wind turbine control and OT systems

Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, security, and parametrization of wind turbine OT components using PCMS

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and service issues

Respond to service outages and other problems

Develop and document technical solutions in incidents and communicate measures to the respective requestor

Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required

3+ years of experience in SCADA and network environments

Experience with SQL and communication protocols

Fluent English language skills

Willingness to travel
