Responsabilidades

- Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization
- Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams
- Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes




- Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through dashboards and storytelling
- Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and data literacy initiatives to foster experimentation

Requisitos principales

- Experience in analytics or data science, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
- Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters
- Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
- Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Mentoring or leadership experience a plus
- Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
