As Head of Wholesale EMEA you will lead a cross-border wholesale team to expand the brand’s presence in Europe from Spain. You’ll shape the wholesale strategy in collaboration with General Management, linking branding with commercial goals and customer experience. You will drive new business opportunities, strengthen key accounts, and oversee campaigns, inventory, and channel plans to meet objectives. This is a growth-focused leadership role in a fashion/footwear brand within a dynamic, international context.
- Lead a team of Wholesale Account Managers distributed across Europe
- Identify new business opportunities throughout the year
- Strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients
- Develop strategy with General Management,
emphasizing branding and customer experience
- Monitor client campaigns, catalogs, proposals, and budgets
- Monitor inventory and product availability with Demand Planning
- Report on results obtained
- Participate in channel strategy and execution of action plans to meet B2B objectives
- Support customer communication efforts
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in Fashion Retail, Footwear, or Cosmetics in an international environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
