Responsabilidades

- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee end-to-end procurement projects from supplier selection to contract management and delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of buyers, agents, and coordinators
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate favorable terms
- Monitor procurement costs, seek cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation




- Foster strategic supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues
- Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records
- Establish quality control standards and perform ongoing process and performance assessments
- Manage the procurement budget and leverage technology to improve processes and reporting

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management
- Experience with SAP Order Management Module, BRP900, PowerBI, AI Applications
- Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
