In this position, you will actively support aspiring entrepreneurs from the initial conceptual stage through practical execution. Your key responsibilities include:

- Promoting entrepreneurship initiatives and cooperative enterprise models across diverse sectors and community groups.

- Designing, developing, and executing practical training programs tailored to future business founders.

- Conducting structured mentoring sessions to guide entrepreneurs through operational and strategic challenges.

- Facilitating networking, collaboration, and cooperative problem-solving among participants.

To be successful in this role,



you bring a strong background in business management along with excellent interpersonal abilities. The essential requirements are:

- A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or a comparable qualification.

- At least 12 months of documented professional experience in a similar position focusing on entrepreneurship support or mentoring.

- High proficiency and fluency in English to communicate effectively in diverse environments.

- A valid Class B driver's license along with your own car for required local travel across Palma and surrounding areas.

- Strong advisory skills, pedagogical talent for conducting workshops, and an empathetic approach to mentoring.

This opportunity offers a temporary contract based on-site in Palma. You will earn a gross annual salary of 27,500 EUR. The regular working hours are established from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:30, allowing you to enjoy your Friday afternoons on the island. xcskxlj
