In this SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role, you will design, develop and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients, translating business needs into SAP requirements. You’ll work in cross-functional teams, delivering SuccessFactors projects across local and remote settings. You’ll lead client interactions, manage project scope and collaborate with integral delivery centers to ensure value and success. Responsabilidades
- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
- Oversee SuccessFactors development, customizations and deployment
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)
- Lead and manage projects, including client relationships and coordination with global delivery centers
Requisitos principales
- 4-6 years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Employee Central and/or Recruiting Management
- Experience translating functional and system requirements into technical specs
- Strong English and Spanish proficiency for consulting
- Good communication and team-player mindset
