Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D; centers on three continents. Translate the L&D; roadmap into an annual learning plan and integral delivery calendar. Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes.

Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance. Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity.



Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries.

Monitor compliance training completion and escalated risks or gaps. A proven track record in global Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration. Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are valued.

Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics), with a collaborative approach. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.
