We are looking for a

Manual QA Engineer

with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The adecuado candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes.

Key Responsibilities Execute the full software testing lifecycle,

ensuring high-quality product delivery . Develop and execute

detailed test plans and test cases

for web applications . Perform a variety of testing types, including: Performance Testing Web Testing Mobile Testing Accessibility Testing Exploratory Testing API Testing Security Testing Regression Testing

. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

(developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues . Conduct

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Mentor and train junior QA team members

to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing . Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvements .



Ensure compliance with

industry standards and best practices

for software testing .

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience

in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting . Strong expertise with

Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git

. Deep understanding of

testing methodologies

such as: Integration Testing System Testing Regression Testing Performance Testing Security Testing Exploratory Testing

. Excellent problem-solving skills

and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues . Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors . Strong

communication skills

with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders .

Preferred Qualifications ISTQB Foundation Level Certification

. Experience working with

Postman

. Experience with

BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing

. Ability to

lead and mentor junior testers

and establish best QA practices .
