Alpega Group is looking for a VP of Software Engineering for the group, reporting directly to the CEO, working across the product portfolio. This role will ideally be based in Barcelona (hybrid), with the option to be based across Europe.

Simplify complexity and raise technical standards and build a strong DevOps and automation backbone Increase speed and predictability of execution, establish clear engineering KPIs and accountability and improve quality, reliability, and deployment frequency Build high-performing, product-focused engineering teams, raising the bar on architecture, code quality, and ownership. Embed AI-assisted development and automation, enable data-driven engineering and scalable experimentation as well to partner tightly with Product to deliver meaningful customer value 15+ years in software engineering, with significant leadership experience Strong in cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, DevOps A versátil working model With over 500 colleagues worldwide, the Alpega Group is a diverse, global community.
