The division You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.). Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people.
To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience. Our main missions:
Monitor the Security Threat Landscape Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO...) of AXA entitiesEnsure the security of Group Operations as an entity Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities AXA Group Security is divided in 4 main blocks : Corporate functions (Group Mandate) : Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and AwarenessCyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities' security) : Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets The department / team The AXA Cyber Defense department provides AXA Group with a cybersecurity solution: the teams deliver operational security services to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats that could impact the AXA Group.
The team also ensures that Security principles are used, and that Products development and projects are aligned with Security strategy frameworks, as delivered by Group Security.
Part of it, into the "Network & Messaging product" team, an email gateway solution to secure and filter all the emails to and from Internet: this solution is entitled Secure Email, which is currently based on Proofpoint vendor.
The product supports around users, all AXA Group Operation datacentres and more than 40 operational compagnies. The product is at the crossroad of major AXA GO programs and exposure of the product implies high visibility across the group.
About the jobJob purpose As a Secure Email Product Owner, your main objective is to maximize the value generated by the Secure Email product and its team for its internal customers and stakeholders. xqbhyrx
Main missions Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Product Manager to refine the product roadmap and backlogLeveraging deep knowledge of Proofpoint features to maximize the platform value and identify new opportunities for enhanced threat protectionSupporting the evaluation and implementation of new Proofpoint capabilitiesPrioritizing requirements across the group by understanding customers' needs and pain points and engaging with the relevant stakeholdersActively engaging in agile events (sprint plannings, daily scrums, sprint reviews) to provide direction and feedback to the teamWriting and refining specifications in collaboration with the teamContributing to the product documentation for the customers and stakeholdersActing as a primary point of contact to answer stakeholders' questions about the productSupporting the product's quality of serviceManaging the relationship with the vendor, together with the Product ManagerDriving the continuous improvement of the productExpected skills & experienceWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
