Responsibilities: ·Providing local field service activities, including remote & onsite technical support, commissioning and troubleshooting support for PV& BESS project ·Training distributors and third-party companies to make reliable service networks locally (covering EU areas) ·Analyzing & reporting field service issues to HQ formally and providing reports upon request from customers ·Support HQ team to manage the local spare units inventory ·Evaluating service costs/cause for service and then responding to reduce cost/service cases efficiently, and professionally Qualifications ·Experience as a field service engineer in the PV& BESS industry (at least 2 years);
