Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Spanish SpeakingOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery.This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills.Key Responsibilities- Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.- Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives.- Lead workshops,



requirements gathering and solution design sessions.- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.- Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice.- Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.- Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants.- Identify risks, issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them.- Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities.- Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud.Essential Experience- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.- Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration.- Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through t
