We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and maintain complete technical solutions that address specific business needs, with our product strategy and organisational standards.

Reporting to the Principal Architect, you will own the architectural direction for an assigned stream of value, working closely with its Head of Stream and engineering leaders across multiple teams. You will own the full lifecycle of your solution designs — from selecting the right technologies and platforms to owning the non-functional requirements that keep them scalable, secure, and reliable in production. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving decisions through to implementation while keeping the relevant stakeholders aligned.

You will contribute directly to technical strategy, championing standards across engineering, and mentoring Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers across your portfolio.

Responsabilities

Provide and maintain scalable, feasible and adaptable solution designs in alignment with business requirements

Select key technologies, platforms and frameworks in line with technical standards and best practices

Own the solution-wide non-functional requirements — performance, security, scalability and reliability

Contribute to, and advocate for, technical strategy and technical standards across the organisation

Mentor and guide Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers of all levels

Convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Drive a culture of innovation and engineering excellence

Requirements
