In this role you will drive growth and adoption for Kleos, a cloud-based practice management platform for European law firms. You will translate product capabilities into customer value and craft compelling campaigns across product, sales, and marketing teams. You’ll support launches, demand generation, and adoption while understanding the market, customers, and competitive landscape. This position offers international collaboration and a chance to shape the future of legal technology with AI-powered workflows.

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with solo to mid-sized law firms
• Create and maintain customer-facing content across web, emails, webinars, and sales channels
• Produce ROI narratives, testimonials, case studies, and sales enablement assets




• Support integrated marketing programs, launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and partner initiatives
• Assist with demand generation and product-led growth to optimize the customer journey
• Analyze campaign performance and product usage to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Digital and Field Marketing to align insights across the organization
• Support customers' lifecycle value and product adoption through marketing activities
• Contribute to the company’s position as a trusted partner in legal technology transformation

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Product Marketing in software/SaaS/tech
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience supporting product launches, GTM, and integrated campaigns
• Ability to translate product features into customer benefits and outcomes
