In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking users with hardware diagnostics, software setup, printing solutions, and warranty management. The Role Technical Advisory & Diagnostics: Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat with hardware, software, printing, and laptop/desktop configuration inquiries. Troubleshooting & Resolution: Walk users step-by-step through technical diagnostics, driver installations, network/Wi-Fi connection setups, and firmware updates. Warranty & Repair Management: Log hardware defects, process warranty claims, issue return authorizations, and coordinate replacement parts or repair technician dispatches. Documentation & Escalation:



Maintain precise ticket records in CRM systems and escalate complex hardware failures or enterprise network issues to Level-2 engineering teams.
