Your mission
As a Enrollment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students to Schiller International University. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment and sales strategies to meet enrollment targets. This role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a thorough understanding of the university's products, academic programs, as well as admission requirements.

Recruitment & Sales Strategies:
⢠Implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of leads and prospective students.
⢠Collaborate with university stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with academic goals and priorities.
⢠Play a key role in maintaining prospective students motivated until pay of tuition fee process
⢠Coordinate the process from lead generation up until the onboarding
Information Dissemination:
⢠Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the university's academic programs, admission requirements,



and campus life to prospective students and their families.
⢠Conduct information sessions, workshops, and presentations to guide students through the application process.
Application Process Support & Sales
⢠Assist prospective students in navigating the application process, including completing applications, submitting required documents, and understanding deadlines.
⢠Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure a smooth and efficient application review process for after acceptance sales process.
Data Management:
⢠Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, prospective student interactions, and outreach efforts.
⢠Analyze data in Salesforce to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Admissions Event Coordination
⢠Plan and coordinate admissions events, such as open day, campus tours, and orientation programs, to give prospective students an immersive exp
