The RoleWe're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Specialist whose primary responsibility will be converting qualified inbound leads into paying customers through consultative sales conversations.
For the first 6 months, the role will be split approximately:50% Sales50% Partnerships & Business Development ProjectsThis includes developing referral partnerships, exploring new acquisition channels, and supporting growth initiatives across the business.
As the company scales, the role is expected to evolve into a predominantly sales-focused position.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesConduct consultation calls with prospective clients.
Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Explain our immigration and tax services clearly and confidently.
Manage follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and CRM.Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets.
Partnerships & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop referral partnerships.
Build relationships with communities, agencies, consultants, recruiters, accountants, and other strategic partners.
Support business development initiatives and growth projects.
Help identify new opportunities to generate leads and improve business performance. RequirementsMust Have2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or a similar commercial role.
