Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.
The CGT Solution Delivery Manager will be supporting the design, development, and operational delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) solutions for pan-European clients across 3PL business. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role serves as a critical resource in coordinating CGT-related activities across in-country teams, external partners, and other Cencora business units — supporting both the development phase and ongoing operational delivery of CGT services.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of CGT ( Cell & Gene Therapy)



service propositions for pan-European clients, ensuring alignment with Cencora's strategic objectives in advanced therapies
- Assist in the creation of solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models specific to CGT logistics and distribution requirements
- Coordinate with in-country teams to assess local readiness, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility for CGT solution delivery
- Support the pricing for solutions offered to CGT clients
- Act as a coordination point between in-country operations teams, quality and compliance functions, and external partners to support CGT solution delivery across European markets
- Support the identification and management of third‑party partnerships across geographies where Cencora does not have direct CGT operational capabilities, ensuring service quality and contractual alignment
- Collaborate with adjacent Cencora business units
