Description -As an Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You’ll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale.
You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
- Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth.
- Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers.
