We are looking for aGerman-speaking Account Executiveto join a fast-growing international sales team inMadrid, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience insales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or account managementto work with clients in the German-speaking market.
Candidates should be based in Madrid or willing to relocateat their own expense. The role will be fully onsite for the first 5 months. After this period, a hybrid setup will be available, with occasional office attendance depending on business needs.
About the Role
As aGerman-Speaking Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.
You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset, and strong communication skills are key to success.
This is ahybrid position based in Madrid.
Please note: Candidates must currently reside in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain. Relocation support is not provided.
What You'll Do

- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
- Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity
- Make approximately 80–100 calls per day
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
- Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process
- Convert trials into paid subscriptions
- Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Achieve sales KPIs related to ca
