Peekaboo is a family support agency working with international and local families in Barcelona and Madrid. Alongside childcare services, we support families with psychological, educational and developmental needs through a network of trusted professionals.

We are currently expanding our network of experienced child psychologists for ongoing and future collaborations.

About the Role

We are looking for qualified child psychologists who can provide support to children aged 3-12 across a range of areas, including:
- emotional regulation
- behavioural challenges
- social development
- anxiety and adjustment
- school-related concerns

Support is typically provided through structured, child-centred sessions, often in collaboration with parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual sessions with children (in-home)
- Support children’s emotional, behavioural and social development
- Provide guidance and practical strategies to parents
- Adapt sessions to each child’s developmental profile and family context

Requirements:




- Degree in Psychology (clinical, educational or child psychology)
- Proven experience working with children (approx. ages 3-12), minimum 3+ years
- Strong understanding of behavioural and emotional development
- Ability to build trust with both children and parents
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Based in Madrid
