Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will guide Allianz entities globally on strengthening cybersecurity and IAM maturity, embedding governance and Zero Trust principles. You’ll work within Allianz Consulting to translate general standards into actionable security programs, across digital resilience and regulatory domains. You’ll lead engagements with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and help shape service offerings in IS and IAM. - Advise on information security and IAM strategy, architecture, and operating models for Allianz entities
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture by identifying risks and guiding remediation for digital resilience and regulatory compliance
- Lead the development and implementation of IAM governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls
- Assess IS and IAM control frameworks, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation with stakeholders




- Translate security regulations and policies into actionable procedures and operational guidance
- Lead or co-lead consulting engagements, manage multi-stakeholder environments, and ensure high-quality delivery

- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Information Security and/or IAM, preferably in consulting or large-scale environments
