After this period, a hybrid setup will be available, with occasional office attendance depending on business needs.About the RoleAs aGerman-Speaking Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset,

Relocation support is not provided.What You'll Do- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing- Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market- Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity- Make approximately 80–100 calls per day- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations- Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process- Convert trials into paid subscriptions- Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)- Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-up- Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue- Successfully close new business opportunities- Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after
