- Salary: €21,000 gross/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus

- Schedule: Shift-based

- Afternoon Shift: 15:00–00:00

- Shift Rotation: Candidates should be comfortable with an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Handling customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner

- Communicating with customers in German

- Using Spanish at B2 level as required for the role

- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

- Ensuring clear, accurate and professional communication throughout each interaction





- Following established customer service procedures and guidelines

- Contributing to a positive customer experience and high service quality

- Working effectively within a team and adapting to different shift schedules

Requirements

- Fluent German

- B2 level of Spanish

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment

- Flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts

- Availability to work on-site in Valencia

- Full-time availability

Training

Full training will be provided before starting the role.

Training availability is required according to the following schedule:

- First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00

- Following period: 09:00–16:00

- Final week: 09:00–17:00

Candidates should be fully available throughout the training period.

Contract & Career Opportunity

The position initially starts with a 3-month temporary contract , with the intention of converting it into a permanent contract afterwards . xqbhyrx

The role requires flexibility, as there will be an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts .

Compensation

- €21,000 gross annual base salary

- €1,200 annual SRV bonus

- Total potential annual compensation: up to €22,200 gross, depending on eligibility for the bonus
