Your Responsibilities:



Driving new business by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Presenting technical solutions aligned with customer needs and usage scenarios Advising customers on cloud adoption and best practices to accelerate success Reviewing implementation needs and validating pricing calculations Delivering solution demonstrations via online meetings Acting as the main technical point of contact for small and medium-sized business prospects Delivering individual and group training sessions internally Staying up to date with the latest cloud features, licensing models, and market developments, including competitive offerings Requirements: Professional-level Dutch language (minimum C1) and fluent English Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of IT/technical experience Ability to explain end-user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communication platforms Understanding of identity, security, privacy, compliance, and their role in cloud and hybrid environments Knowledge of cloud deployment and adoption strategies Experience with cloud-based collaboration, productivity, migration, and solution management Strong customer-facing communication skills (spoken and written) Proven ability to meet or excee
