We are looking for Civil, Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering Graduates to join our Energy sector within Transmission and Distruibution and play a key role in designing and delivering the infrastructure that powers the transition to Net Zero. With the growing demand for renewable energy, your work will help ensure clean energy reaches homes, businesses, and even international markets through interconnectors to Europe.

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer you’ll be working alongside over 600 ground engineering professionals. You'll gain hands‑on experience, and your work will span desk studies, ground investigations, digital data modelling, and geotechnical design.



You’ll be contributing to innovative, sustainable solutions across a wide range of specialisms including foundations, slopes, earthworks, and environmental geotechnics.

Whilst as a Graduate Civil and Strucutural Engineer you will be involved in the design of critical infrastructure that supports the transmission of low‑carbon energy, your work will span: Front‑End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design phases, Feasibility studies, structural design and site visits.
