In this role you will design and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, cloud environments, and automation frameworks to support AI-driven product delivery. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product owners to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployment. You’ll focus on accelerating deployment, improving reliability, and enforcing security standards across platforms. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that shapes how AI solutions are built and delivered at Allianz AI Factory.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and software products
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Operate and optimize AWS/Azure/GCP environments for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Build and manage Docker/Kubernetes workloads and orchestration
• Implement end-to-end monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform reliability
• Enforce DevSecOps practices and security/regulatory standards
• Automate repetitive tasks and participate in on-call rotations with incident response




• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud is a plus
• Expert-level Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, Kustomize)
• IaC experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)
• Git xqbhyrx and branching strategy (GitFlow, trunk-based)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), vulnerability scanning
• Excellent communication and collaboration in international teams
• Preferred: MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML); cloud certifications; experience in regulated financial services; ML knowledge
