In this role, you safeguard Morningstar’s global operations by implementing and maintaining the Business Continuity process aligned with regulatory expectations and corporate guidelines. You will act as the BCM SME, guiding BIAs, BC planning, and tests, while coordinating across regional offices. The position emphasizes risk-focused resilience for staff and locations, with collaborative stakeholder engagement and training responsibilities. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes resilience practices within a multinational context.

• Drive the execution and maintenance of the BC planning process across the organization
• Serve as the BCM SME, advising on BIAs, BC planning and testing
• Create, manage, and audit planning documents to ensure compliance




• Coordinate BC planning efforts across regional offices using project management skills
• Develop and deliver training/awareness content and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Responsabilidades
• +1 year in Business Continuity Management or Emergency Management
• Strong understanding of BC standards, principles, and techniques xqbhyrx
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Professional verbal and written English skills
• Proven ability to interact with global, multicultural staff
