We're looking for a Chief AI-Native Engineer to join our team in Malaga, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the development of a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform, driving end-to-end delivery from system design to implementation in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.You will work closely with a small, highly skilled engineering team to design, build and optimize AI-driven solutions that enhance financial workflows. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence the product while working with cutting-edge technologies, modern architectures and AI-assisted programming tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for next-generation financial assistant featuresArchitect and implement backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworksMaintain high-quality, scalable systems leveraging AWS cloud, Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure automationCollaborate on frontend development with React (TypeScript)
