What You’ll Do:
- Strategic HR Partner: to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
- Employee Advocate: Be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.
- Drive HR Projects: Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
- Influence & Advise: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters.




- Global Interaction: Work alongside a integral network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.

What You Bring:
- 7+ years of HR experience in HRBP roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.
- Strong business acumen-Ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
- Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Labor Relations, and Organizational Development as the rol of HRBP.
- Experience in multinationals with best-in-class HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Fluent English: C1 is a must.
- Exceptional stakeholder management-requiring top-tier communication and influence skills.
