Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Services of Engagement (SEN) team, supporting our growing network of over 125,000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their EcoVadis subscription. The idóneo candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship with us.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Building and refining internal AI assistants (e.g., Gems), structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, experimenting with tools like NotebookLM, and improving AI-driven workflows through testing, prompt design, and performance analysis
- Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
- Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring
- Support the team with the creation,



maintenance, and optimization of workflows/reports & dashboards in HubSpot/SalesForce
- Support the improvement and management of Marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updates of the team's internal website
- Help and support developing new processes or suggest ideas to improve the existing
- Other duties as necessary to support other teams within and outside the BU such as Network Growth, Customer Success for example
