Payment Solutions Manager (Payments Gateway) - €30kAbout the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and analytical Payment Solutions Manager to drive the expansion and optimization of our global payment capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating payment providers, ensuring our gateway offers competitive, reliable, and scalable solutions across markets. You will work closely with product, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to enhance our payment ecosystem and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and evaluate new payment providers, acquirers, APMs (Alternative Payment Methods), and banking partners across different regionsConduct commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence on potential partnersCompare providers based on pricing, performance, coverage, risk profile, and technical capabilitiesLead the selection and onboarding of payment partners,



including contract negotiation and commercial termsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to define integration requirements and prioritiesMonitor and analyze provider performance (e.G., authorization rates, latency, success rates, cost efficiency)Continuously optimize the payment stack by routing strategies and provider mix improvementsStay up to date with general payment trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changesWork closely with compliance teams to ensure all partners meet regulatory and risk requirements (e.G., KYC/AML, PCI-DSS)Support expansion into new markets by identifying the most relevant local payment methods and providersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key payment partners and vendorsPrepare business cases, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholdersQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, business development, or partnershipsStrong understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquirers, issue
