- working closely with engineers, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders to deliver hardware and network capabilities that support critical business needs.What You'll DoOwn and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectivesAct as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teamsDefine, refine, and prioritize features, capabilities, and user storiesDrive PI Planning activities and support Agile Release Train (ART) execution within the SAFe frameworkCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of hardware and network productsManage the complete hardware lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirementCoordinate releases across multiple teams and stakeholdersEnsure product quality through active participation in validation, verification, testing, and acceptance activitiesTrack progress, risks, dependencies,



and impediments and proactively drive resolutionFacilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on roadmap, priorities, and delivery statusDrive continuous improvement in product management, agile practices, and delivery processesWhat We're Looking For Must-have:Proven experience as a Product Owner within Hardware, Infrastructure, Network, or Platform environmentsStrong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies, including PI Planning, backlog management, and ART coordinationDemonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across technical and business functionsExperience with hardware product lifecycle management and release management processesStrong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure technologiesHands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, planning, reporting, and trackingExperience defining and coordinating testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and release validationAbility to work in a global and cross-functional environmentNice-to-have:SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certificationExperience working with integral engineering, infrastructure, or operational technology teamsUnderstanding of cybersecurity, industrial networks, or critical infrastructure environmentsExperience coordinating deliveries across distributed teams and external vendorsWhy This RoleYou'll own the product backlog for a critical enterprise hardware and network platform, driving PI Planning and ART execution while shaping how a global energy technology company delivers hardware and network capabilities. xqbhyrx
