Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program as part of Sulzer's Business Transformation initiative. You will guide design, implementation, and rollout of the global S/4HANA template, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance. You influence solution design, risk management, and delivery across a complex international environment. You will collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term value and continuous improvement. This is a strategic, expert-level position within a collaborative One Sulzer culture.

• Lead quality assurance across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Establish quality gates, review frameworks, and deliverable acceptance criteria
• Review designs and deliverables for alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices
• Promote Clean Core principles and scalable, sustainable solution design
• Conduct phase-gate and readiness reviews at milestones
• Assess risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans




• Provide expert guidance to program leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration among business, IT, SAP specialists, and partners
• Review partner deliverables, estimates, and design recommendations
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and long-term maintenance concerns
• Support future-state process design and operating model decisions
• Contribute industry best practices from engineering and project-based environments
• Drive continuous improvement via lessons learned from large transformations
• Support knowledge transfer and capability development

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• More than 15 years of SAP consulting, solution architecture, transformation leadership, or program governance
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience i
