VMware Infrastructure Administrator | Madrid / Valencia (Hybrid)Our client is looking for a VMware Infrastructure Administrator to join an international project focused on the evolution and modernization of its virtual infrastructure.Responsibilities- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.- Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of critical infrastructure services.- Handle incidents, changes, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure migrations (V2V/P2V).- Participate in disaster recovery activities and operational improvements.- Contribute to a strategic project involving the migration of VMware workloads to a public cloud platform.- Participate in a paid on-call rotation.Requirements- Proven experience administering VMware vSphere environments.- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and virtualization technologies.- Knowledge of Windows and Linux server infrastructure.- Experience with cloud environments. Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Scaleway, or any public cloud platform is highly valued.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have- Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.- Experience with Git, Linux Shell, and/or Python.- Certifications such as VMware VCP, NSX, VMware Cloud Foundation, Ansible, Terraform, or any Public Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP, Scaleway, etc.).What We Offer- Permanent contract.- Hybrid working model (Madrid or Valencia).- Adaptable schedule and Friday afternoons off.- Career development and training opportunities.- Collaborative environment with cutting-edge technologies.
