As a Senior QA Specialist at King, you will help deliver high-quality experiences for millions of players by leading testing across features and releases. You own quality from early development through live monitoring, applying risk-based approaches and guiding decisions. You mentor teammates, drive testing improvements, and raise overall QA standards within the Catalog Games team. • Lead quality execution within the subteam by translating goals into test strategies and release plans
• Own quality across complex features from development to release and live monitoring
• Lead risk analysis for features and interactions and improve risk-based testing practices
• Influence design to improve testability and evolve Definition of Done
• Use production data and quality indicators to identify gaps and drive improvements




• Communicate recommendations clearly to diverse audiences with evidence
• Navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term impact
• Mentor and coach other QA Specialists, sharing approaches and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes, testing practices, collaboration, and QA standards
• Contribute to team health by giving/receiving feedback and modeling expected behaviors
Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in mobile game testing, SDLC and live operations
• Exploratory testing, risk analysis, test design, and defect investigation xqbhyrx skills
• Experience testing complex systems and integrations (API, integration, end-to-end)
• Working knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, build processes, crash logs, and quality monitoring
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail or equivalents
• Strong ownership, prioritisation, problem-solving, and independent decision-making
• Mentoring ability and influence on quality practices beyond individual features
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English
