In this role you drive global EPR compliance programs to help Avnet meet environmental regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. You will serve as the subject matter expert on packaging, WEEE, batteries, and related obligations, guiding internal teams, suppliers, customers, and service providers. You’ll lead training, monitor evolving regulations, and coordinate registrations and reporting. You may also build a small team to advance compliance objectives, collaborating across functions to optimize processes and data quality. This is an opportunity to shape Avnet’s environmental compliance program at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and maintain integral EPR policies, processes, and controls for packaging, WEEE, batteries, and plastics taxes
• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations, registrations, reporting, fee structures, labeling, and best practices
• Create and deliver training materials to raise awareness of EPR obligations
• Monitor global EPR legislation and customer requirements to keep programs current
• Oversee third-party EPR providers and ensure accurate registrations,



data submissions, and audits
• Lead EPR data collection, validation, and reporting with cross-functional teams
• Support regulatory registrations and ongoing compliance across jurisdictions
• Partner with teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, and enhance efficiency
• Support customer/supplier requests with regulatory guidance and documentation
• Participate in industry associations and regulatory groups to strengthen Avnet's compliance presence
