As EHS Manager you will lead safety on major Data Center construction projects in Barcelona. You will ensure project managers are aware of safety topics, develop and monitor the EHS plan, and oversee client and trades safety activities. You will drive safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and align local codes with the client’s safety programme. This role combines site leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to enable safe, high‑quality project delivery and client satisfaction. Join a global, client‑facing team focused on safety excellence and impactful, large-scale construction work.

• Supervise client's project EHS oversight resources
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans

• Apply lessons learned and best practice
• Lead investigations and determine root causes

• Ensure client safety requirements and local codes are met

Responsabilidades
• +8 years’ experience in EHS lead management
• Experience on large, complex construction projects
• Data Center experience preferred
• Proficient xqbhyrx in project controls and technical risk assessments
• Strong communication and visualization skills
• Outstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities
• Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and client-facing
• Collaborative and proactive in a team environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
