In this role you will help Sulzer evolve from traditional reporting to AI-powered analytics. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and data products. You’ll work within the Global IT BI u0026amp; Analytics team in Madrid to enable data-driven decisions across the organisation. You will balance technical delivery with business consulting, driving self-service analytics and data literacy. This is a unique opportunity to shape intelligent, enterprise-scale analytics at a global industrial technology leader.

• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
• Design, develop and enhance enterprise BI applications using Qlik Sense
• Deliver meaningful insights and dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions
• Work with Snowflake and modern data platforms to create trusted data solutions
• Support the One Sulzer harmonisation strategy through standardised reporting and analytics
• Drive self-service analytics and data literacy across the organisation
• Explore and implement emerging technologies including AI, Generative AI, Copilots and Agentic AI
• Build intelligent applications and data products connected to Sulzer's data platform
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop robust data models and scalable solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders globally
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years' BI/Analytics or inhouse consulting experience
• xqbhyrx Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
