At DEKRA, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an M&A; & Strategic Growth Expert – SEMEA (m/f/d) to support the region’s inorganic growth and strategic development across Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (SEMEA).

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, coordinating transaction workstreams and supporting post-merger integration activities.

The position will work closely with Global M&A;, country management and relevant corporate functions, providing fact-based analysis and recommendations to support regional management in strategic decision-making.

What will you do?

As an M&A; & Strategic Growth Expert – SEMEA (m/f/d), you will independently contribute to complex M&A; projects and strategic initiatives across the SEMEA region.

Your key activities will include:
- Identifying, screening and prioritising potential acquisition opportunities.
- Conducting market mapping and analysing industries, competitors and market-entry opportunities.
- Developing financial models, valuations,



business cases and scenario analyses.
- Coordinating due diligence processes and assigned transaction workstreams.
- Supporting the execution of M&A; transactions and negotiation preparation.
- Supporting post-merger integration planning and implementation.
- Contributing to regional strategy development and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in line with regional and integral priorities.
- Analyse relevant markets, industries, competitors and growth opportunities.
- Conduct strategic, commercial and operational assessments of potential transactions.
- Develop financial models, valuations, business cases and scenario analyses in cooperation with Finance and Global M&A.;
- Coordinate assigned commercial, financial, legal, tax, HR and operational due diligence workstreams.
