Experteer Overview
As a Integral Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager, you will lead complex customer implementations within a defined vertical, driving on-time and on-budget delivery. You’ll work with Sales and Air Logistics leadership to set strategic goals and implement best practices. The role combines project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and quality assurance to meet client expectations and improve vertical performance. You will mentor junior managers and help grow our vertical’s impact across the global network. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact, international projects in a leading logistics group.

Responsabilidades
• Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager delivering complex global projects
• Solid operational background in Air Logistics
• Strong leadership with ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus
