In this role you will lead cross-functional projects across production, utilities, and facilities in a GMP-compliant setting. You will manage scope, cost, and timelines while partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll drive continuous improvement and ensure proper qualification and handover of equipment. The position combines hands-on delivery with strong governance in a general context.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead projects across production, utilities, and facilities, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with quality and compliance
• Define equipment requirements and specifications based on process and safety needs, and establish automation requirements for manufacturing, QA, and QC
• Evaluate technology options to support project needs




• Support budget and cost management to meet project requirements
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, aligning priorities and schedules
• Ensure quality and compliance through risk analysis, documentation, inspections, SOPs, and related activities
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Science or Engineering
• prior experience xqbhyrx in GMP pharmaceutical/biotech environment
• familiarity with GMP frameworks
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, Validation standards, policies, procedures
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong technical writing and communication skills
