- What you’ll do Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls and emails.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close new business.
- Manage your pipeline and work towards sales targets.
- Collaborate with other sales teams to generate and convert opportunities.
- What we’re looking for 1- 4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.




- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented and consultative approach.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- English or Spanish
- Nice to have SaaS, e-commerce or digital technology experience.
- Experience in fast-growing companies or scale-ups.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
