In this role, you guide medium-to-large initiatives, ensuring value delivery within a cross-functional environment. You’ll align scope with strategy, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and coach teams toward accountable, high-performing delivery. You’ll adapt delivery approaches to fit product and domain needs, contributing to Informatics and Chapter objectives. The position offers impact through scalable agile practices and strategic implementation within Roche’s mission to improve integral health. Your work helps bring medicines and diagnostics to people who need them, at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach)
• Experience xqbhyrx delivering complex features or projects across functional areas
• Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and contribute to business planning
• Strong business acumen and capability to adapt delivery methodologies to optimize results
• Experience facilitating workshops and resolving conflicts with diverse stakeholders
• Mentoring mindset with ability to connect team development to business objectives
