What we are looking for:
- Proactive individuals with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
- Accompanying buyer clients on property viewings, always providing a personalised, high-quality service.
- Sourcing properties, carrying out valuations,



and maintaining regular follow-up with property owners.
- Participating in commercial, marketing, and networking activities.
- Generating and managing client negotiations.
- Staying up to date with developments in the real estate market in your area.
- Recording properties and transactions in our CRM in an organised manner.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of and at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.
- Professional-level Spanish and English.
- Access to a portfolio of exclusive properties in the best areas of Barcelona.
- Support and guidance from the Commercial Director to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals.
- An onboarding programme designed to ensure a successful integration into the team.
- Ongoing training in legal, tax, technical, and social media matters.
