- Leadtheend-to-endS&OPcycle;,includingdemand,supply,inventoryandcapacityplanning.

- ChairkeymonthlyS&OPmeetingsandpreparedecisionsforExecutiveBoardlevel.;

- Improveforecastaccuracy,supply-planreliability,servicelevelsandstockhealth.

- ConnectSales,Manufacturing,SupplyChain,Finance,LogisticsandInnovationaroundoneintegratedplan.

- Developeffectiveplanningprocesses,dataanalyticsandsupportingITtools.





- Lead,coachanddeveloptheinternationalS&OPteam.;

- Drivechangeandembedconsistentwaysofworkingthroughouttheorganisation.

Yourprofile

- Abachelor’sormaster’sdegreeinSupplyChainManagement,Logistics,BusinessAdministration,Economicsorarelatedfield.

- Atleast10yearsofrelevantexperienceinS&OP;,demandplanningorsupplychainplanning,preferablywithinFMCGorfoodmanufacturing.

- Provenexperiencebuildingorsignificantlyimprovinganend-to-endS&OPprocess.;

- Strongleadershipexperiencewithinaninternationalandmultidisciplinaryenvironment.

- Asolidunderstandingofbothdemandandsupplyplanning,includingtheirfinancialimpact.

- StronganalyticalcapabilitiesandexperienceinERPandplanningsystems,ExcelandPowerBI.

- Theabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersandturncomplexinformationintocleardecisions.
