- Plan and sequence production over a 3-week horizon, ensuring a feasible and executable plan aligned with Manufacturing and the Center of Excellence.
- Create and manage process orders, adjusting the short-term plan in response to operational changes or short-term issues.
- Contribute to the campaign plan by providing technical knowledge of the different production lines and equipment, maintaining close contact with the factory and acting on the shopfloor as the planning voice in the daily operational routine.
- Manage planning semi-finished products, optimizing resources and safety stocks to ensure efficiency and continuity in production.
- Analyze demand, capacity, inventories, and constraints to anticipate short-term risks and promoting mitigation actions.
- Optimize production sequences to maximize efficiency, productivity and service level by continuous improvement mindset.
