At Capitole, we are looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

Whatʼs the challenge?
- You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.
- This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

Youʼll be working on:
- Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.
- Configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
- Participating in functional testing, validations and production releases.
- Creating functional and technical documentation.
- Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What weʼre looking for:




- Experience or academic background in SAP HCM
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
- Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
- Basic ABAP knowledge
- Good communication with business users
- Fluent English level B2+ or above

Nice to have:
- SAP CPI, S/4HANA or Organizational Management
