About Keonn Keonn is a manufacturer of RFID hardware and software products for different sectors, like retail, healthcare, libraries, industry and logistics among others. We provide RFID systems mainly for the retail and healthcare sectors, as well as RFID UHF components for any industry.



Keonn's team is comprised of experienced engineers and PhDs with deep knowledge in fields like radiofrequency, antennas, electronics, robotics, firmware, and cloud-based software. Keonn became part of Novanta recently.
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Software Engineering Manager to lead the AdvanCloud platform team at Keonn. AdvanCloud is our core cloud product: a mission-critical SaaS platform that powers real-time RFID data processing, inventory management, and retail analytics for global enterprise customers.
Main Tasks
- Drive the technical direction of the AdvanCloud platform, with a strong focus on software architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term evolution of the platform.
- Translate product ideas and business vision into concrete technical solutions and actionable development plans.
